I am going to play with creating a skin that uses CSS for all of the traditional "graphics elements."

My first one will be ambitious (a zig-zag background).

The background image is a CSS linear color gradient group. No image file is required.

I set my background color to #3399cc. Then I used the RGB code for white and played with the transparency settings until I achieved this background effect.
